I thought that i'd be dead by now, but I'm not.

I started painting my windmill birdhouse a couple of nights ago. I am not promising a masterpiece, but I do hope it turns out nice. My luck is that is will look like some gingerbread thing. It is currently a John Deere wet dream.

I finally found some strawberry passionfruit Peels at my local Brookshire's. Albertson's didn't carry any Peels at all. This is weird because Albertson's usually has all the liquor. I tried it out and it was okay. Still, I like the cranberry peach flavor better.

I have been reading some Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist. I really like the way it is written because it so very simple but also beautiful at the same time. I think that the story (fable is more like it) could appeal to just about anybody. However that is only my opinion.

I finally got that Todd Snider CD that I had been wanting. He brings folks elements into different styles of music on East Nashville Skyline. He is not afraid to reflect his feelings about sell-outs, Republicans, the police and Mike Tyson. Anyway, the CD is a good time. I like it so much I just might have to order Song for the Daily Planet too.
