The Holy Gospel according to the Prairie Messiah

Like a myth you rode in from the west. From the go you had my button pressed. Did the tea-time of your soul Make you long for wilder days? Did you never let Jack Kerouac Wash over you in waves?

And they hold you like the light, hugs the wick when this candle's burning.

Such nasty poetic lyrics!

Here's another playlist I created. Not surprisingly, Rhapsody did not recognize LeRoux, and the only version of the last song that I found, was a caberet version by two dudes that I have never heard of. Forgive them, even though I still think it's pretty.

Granted, I am aware that the name of the playlist is dorky, but it resprents a time when I new to the skating rink scene (age 5-6) and they could really rock out at the time.

The last time I actually went to the skating rink was with friends at their suggestion several years ago. They were under the influence of xanax and beer and thought it would be a good time. Naturally, they had a better time than I, and I thought all the bubblegum music that was being played was ass bad. I like my list much better.
